Edward had 2 aunts, Sarah and Margaretta (very stern looking). Edward died at a young age and left a lot of his estate tied up with the aunts. Son, Frederick, tired of waiting for a share and sued the aunts, and they didn't speak to him again. [ref. Judy Culbert Darcy, 2005] It is possible that this is James Edward Culbert, later known as just Edward. James is found in the 1860 census, and Edward in the 1870 census. James' burial info. are not known.
