A church was built at the corner of Rutgers and Henry Sts., but burials ended there about 1820 or so. After that burials were made at the Rutgers Cemetery on Houston St. until 1860. From 1865-1866 the Rutgers burials were transferred to Woodlawn Cemetery, Bronx, into Lot Nos. 147-170.

This info. does not correspond with the age of child George, abt. age 8 in 1800. It also suggests that daughter Catharine was born after 1800.
