      A Memorial of Anne Culbert claiming a balance of $54 due the estate of her late husband, Hugh Culbert for regulating Mulberry street, uncollected on the Assessment on certain vacant lots in said street, was referred to the Street Commissioner.

      Petitions of Thomas Palmer for payment of a balance of $283 due him for regulating Mulberry Street, of Anne Culbert, widow, for a balance due her late husband Hugh Culbert, for regulating the same Street, and of Abner Conklin, Administrator, for a balance due the estate of Joseph Kelly deceased for regulating Broome Street, were referred to Alderman Hopkins Messrs Ludlam and Torbert.

      A church was built at the corner of Rutgers and Henry Sts., but burials ended there about 1820 or so. After that burials were made at the Rutgers Cemetery on Houston St. until 1860. From 1865-1866 the Rutgers burials were transferred to Woodlawn Cemetery, Bronx, into Lot Nos. 147-170.
