- Debra Lynn Culbert, 59, of Clyde passed peacefully from this life Wednesday, March 2, 2016. A memorial service will be held Saturday March 12, 2016 at 12:00 PM at Bailey-Howard Funeral Home, 105 Oak St., Clyde, Texas. Immediately following the service a luncheon and celebration of her life with friends and family will be held at the Callahan Hall Texas House. On Monday March 14, 2016 at 11:00 AM a graveside service will be held at the Veterans Cemetery. Debra was born on October 10, 1956 to Charles and Dorothy Eaves in El Paso, Texas. She grew up surrounded by a large family of 12 brothers and sisters. She continued on in her life to become a military veteran, nurse, wife, mother, and grandmother, and great grandmother. She put herself through school to become the first in her family to earn a college degree. She tried to laugh and have fun every day, and to appreciate the beauty of nature. She always valued the importance of God, family, and friends while doing her level best to bring honor and respect to them all. She was welcomed to Heaven by her grandparents, parents, four brothers, friends, and family that have gone before her in death to eternal life with our Father in Heaven. Left with many loving memories are her husband Gordon Culbert of Clyde, Tx; son Adam Pruett of Midland, Tx; daughter Krista Hamilton and husband Mark of Clyde, Tx; three grandchildren Kayla, Kylee, and Colton Hamilton; daughters Malissa Culbert of Philadelphia, PA and Arlynn Knox of Denver, CO, sons John, Jimmy, and Richard Culbert of South Dakota; Siblings Gene Eaves, Mark Eaves, Danny Eaves, Tim Knight, Chris Garramone, Eric Garromone, Angie Eaves, RuthAnn Greenwald, mom/ Gramma Jane Brouillette, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
