      Be it Remembered, That on this Fourth Day of October in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ten Mathew Culbert a free white person of the age of twenty-one years and upwards, being an Alien, who has arrived in the United States after the passing of the Act of Congress, entitled "An Act to establish an(sic) uniform rule of Naturalization and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject," passed on the 14th day of April A.D. 1802, and who is desirous to be naturalized, did report himself to the Clerk of the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace in and for the County of Philadelphia in manner following, that is to say: That he the said Mathew Culbert
      was born in Londonderry in the Kingdom of Ireland on or about the sixteenth Day of March in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty-seven and is now about the age of twenty three Years, that he was born a Member of the Kingdom of the King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland
      and owed allegiance to the King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland
      that he migrated from Londonderry to the United States, and arrived at the port of New York in State of New York on or about the twentieth Day of May A.D. 1807 and that it is his intention to settle in the City of Philadelphia. /s/ Mattw. Culbert

      Millersburg Presbyterian Church, now known as White Cloud Presbyterian Church, which was organized November 26, 1831, was the second of that denomination in the county [Callaway]....The constituent members of Millersburg Presbyterian Church were: Matthew Culbert, Prudence Culbert, Amerger Lilly, Sarah P. Lilly, William Hamilton, Rebecca Hamilton, Joseph D. Hamilton, Jane E. Hamilton, Margaret W. Hamilton, Andrew W. Hamilton, Frederick Reed, Eliza Reed, John Robison, Barbery S. Robison, and Mary Ewing. The Rev. William P. Cochran was moderator of the meeting at which the church was organized.
